Kung Fu Sifu: Christian Vaz Martins
In the evolution of the 20th century, it has come to the conclusion that children are the most essential part of humanity for hope in our world today. A world with active children guarantees a cleaner, corporal society. Studies have demonstrated that physical activities are needed in children’s lives to keep their minds interested in perfecting their performances. This teaches the children to be responsible when they perform. The postures and exercises inspired by nature harmonizes the children’s well being.
The practice of Kung Fu acts on their central nervous system as well as to help correct their posture. When muscles are extracted and well exercised, they are simulated to the point where the respiratory system begins to function naturally and completely. The exercises are combined with a system of martial arts called “Games Youngsters”. This exercise system advances all aspects of the body without any dangers.
