This program is designed for tumbling needed for cheerleading and gymnastics. Students will learn the correct techniques, drills and strength training needed to do aerials, front & back handsprings, front and back walkovers, standing back tucks, layout dive rolls, round off back handspring and more advanced tumbling skills.
