Rising Stars
Welcome to the
Rising Star page!
Rising Stars are Champions in training. To "Bring out the
Champion in you child" we have skill charts to expose them to the same skills.
We use these to help your child reach their personal best. This program is
designed for beginner and intermediate level gymnasts that want to have
fun, learn more about the sport of gymnastics and be challenged. Training will
begin with the USA Gymnastics & AAU Level 1—3 programs along with preparation
training for advanced level skills on vault, bars, beam and floor. All equipment
will be used to help with development including bars, beam, vault, floor, rings, mushrooms and tumble track.
Rising stars will learn how to do handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings
and much more. Emphasis is placed on developing your child’s confidence and self
esteem while teaching them how to set goals and achieve them.
